Advice on measuring your ring size

All sizes listed are European sizes (see chart).

The best and most reliable way to get a proper fit is to get your finger sized by a professional jeweler. Ask at any of your local jewelry shops to get your finger sized. If you can't get your size measured professionally you can try to do it yourself. Two methods are described below but please note that this is not always reliable. Please be as precise as possible when using the techniques described below.

Option 1: measure your finger

1. take a string or thin strip of paper and wrap around your finger (it should be snug but not too tight)
2. make a mark where the string / paper meet
3. lay out the string/strip of paper and measure the length in millimeters
4. this is the inner circumference of the ring (in mm). Find the value in the chart provided.

Option 2: use a ring that fits you

1. measure the inner diameter in millimeters of a well-fitting ring
2. find the measurement of the inner diameter in the chart
